A place for what feels uncertain, complicated, or too much
When the situation is complex and the stakes are high, I provide a steady, confidential space for leaders and individuals to navigate leadership challenges, relationship transitions, reinvention, and other critical decisions.
After 25 years in leadership — most recently with CalPERS — I transitioned into full-time coaching to support people navigating major professional and personal thresholds. I bring that depth of experience into every session, creating a confidential, non-judgmental space where clients can think clearly, tell the truth at their own pace, and move forward with confidence.
Based in Sacramento, I also volunteer as a costumed guide at the Historic City Cemetery, where I bring local history to life. Whether I'm telling stories from the past or coaching people toward a brighter future, I'm passionate about helping others live lives they're proud of.
I bring over 25 years of experience in leadership and organizational environments where the stakes are high, the systems are complex, and the human dynamics are consequential. I now work at the level of coaching where clarity, truth, and identity-level decisions shape what becomes possible next.
My clients are in inflection points — when the current way of leading, working, relating, or orienting to life is no longer viable, and something deeper is asking to emerge. This includes leadership expansion, career reinvention, relationship transition, conscious uncoupling, identity shifts, and creative or vocational becoming.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a Faculty Coach with Katherine Woodward Thomas, LLC. I am fully certified across her three core methodologies — Calling in "The One," Conscious Uncoupling, and True You — spanning the full arc of transformation: creation, transition, and completion.
I work directly, precisely, and without excess. My role is to support clients in seeing clearly, meeting what is true, and taking responsibility for what follows — so that decisions are no longer reactive, but consciously authored. This work requires readiness. Not perfection — but a willingness to engage honestly with what is ending, what is emerging, and what must be developed internally to meet the next chapter.
My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person's path, relationships, and values.
If you're facing a leadership challenge, relationship transition, or major life decision, you don't have to navigate it alone.
