With nearly 25 years of leadership and coaching experience, I bring an energetic and authentic presence to my clients. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, I specialize in helping new leaders conquer imposter syndrome, build confidence, establish a strong leadership presence, clarify their roles, and achieve remarkable results. My signature approach begins with understanding what is already working in my client's life, and then leveraging those strengths to overcome any present barriers or challenges. It is fulfilling to witness my clients realize that the answers were within them all along, as this leads to increased self-awareness and self-empowerment. Through direct training from Katherine Woodward Thomas, I have also gained certified expertise in coaching clients through her New York Times best-sellers, Calling in 'The One" and Conscious Uncoupling.
