When I first stepped into leadership, I was excited, but also overwhelmed. I had just transitioned out of an analyst role and was trying to learn the work my team did while simultaneously figuring out how to be a leader. Almost immediately, doubt started creeping in. Imposter syndrome was loud. I remember thinking, “Why am I here? Do I deserve to be here?” I felt like my team trusted me more than I trusted myself.
Working with SalliAnne completely shifted that.
Her coaching was thoughtful, direct, and incredibly empowering. She helped me get out of my own head and see clearly what I was capable of. I have relied on SalliAnne Maliguine’s leadership coaching for over five years of my career as a senior leader in state government. During this time, I advanced from a middle manager overseeing 17 staff to an executive role responsible for over 100 staff.
