I used to sabotage my relationships. Growing up in a high conflict home with generational alcoholism, a closeted gay father, and no healthy modeling of love, I learned to keep secrets and craft escape plans. This interfered with all my relationships.

By the time I turned 40, I gave up on love and put all my energy into being a successful single mom instead. However, loneliness haunted me, and I longed for happy, count-on-able love. My Calling in “The One” work cleared the baggage that held me back, baggage that I unconsciously passed onto my daughters. I found a way to stop the rollercoaster and stay, and do so in a way that is safe and good for me and my partner.
